Our team at Bayside Allergy is here to make sure that not only do you receive great care, but that you feel confident and comfortable in all that we do for you and your loved ones. With the level of professional dedication our providers and practice manager bring to the table, you can expect nothing less than the very best in our nursing and office administration staff. Our office welcomes you, and hopes that every experience you have with us is a good one.
Paulette has over twenty-five years of experience in the healthcare field, with almost twenty of that being in allergy. As the practice manager, she is committed to using her experience to making Bayside Allergy the best
possible place for a patient to receive care for their allergies.
She is dedicated to keeping the office up to date in an ever-changing healthcare industry, while fostering a fantastic workplace community for the providers and the staff in a friendly, comfortable, patient-oriented environment. She has been working with the practice since its opening in 2007.
Paulette lives in Traverse City with her husband, where she has enjoyed raising their three children. She enjoys time spent on the water with family, being involved in church activities and fellowship, and being active in all of the outdoor amenities that our beautiful Northern Michigan has to offer.
We are open and here to still take care of our patients to the best of our ability during this COVID-19 Pandemic. We do have Telehealth visits available for our patients if you prefer that, or if you feel that you are unable to come into the office for a physical appointment. If you would like to schedule a telehealth visit with our physicians, or need to schedule or reschedule an appointment please call 231-929-9090. We have also included instructions here on our website on how to schedule and connect for a Telehealth visit.
In an attempt to avoid having too many people in the waiting room at one time, we are not taking any walk-in injection appointments at this time. This helps us in trying to lessen contact between patients, and helps our staff plan and prepare for your visits Please call to schedule an appointment for all appointments, including all injections.
We ask that all patients coming for an appointment in our office to please come in on their own, children under the age of 18 may have one adult with them. Again, we are trying to limit patient to patient contact and protect our patients and our staff by having less people come into the office.
We are also asking that all appointments with the providers, anyone that is over the age of 65, or is at high risk due to an immune deficiency, asthma, or other underlying health issues to please wait in your car upon your arrival. Call our office at 231-929-9090, and let our staff know that you have arrived for your appointment. We will proceed with a series of screening questions, and when we are ready to have you come into the building, we will have somebody escort you to a room instead of sitting in the waiting room.
We are screening all patients and guests at the door and checking temperatures. We will not allow anybody to come into the office that has a temp. of 100.4 or greater, or answers yes to any of our screening questions. If you have been ill with a fever, unusual cough, sore throat, body aches, shortness of breath, diarrhea, or have had a sudden loss of smell or taste in the past 10-14 days, we will not allow you to come into our office for any appointments. You may call us for recommendations on where or if you need to seek for medical care elsewhere, schedule at telehealth visit, or to take a message for your provider.
We will continue to do our best to accommodate appointments, all needs for our patients, and provide the best care possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all try to get through this together. As always, please feel free to call our office at 231-929-9090 with questions or if you need anything... we are here for you!
