Dr. McClellan is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame and completed his medical degree and residency training at St. Louis University School of Medicine Hospitals.
Dr. McClellan has been practicing medicine in Traverse City since 1999. He is an active member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology. He maintains hospital privileges at Munson Medical Center, Otsego Memorial Hospital, and Mercy Hospital in Grayling.
He specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of immune system disorders, including environmental and food allergies, chronic sinus disease, hives, and immunologic deficiencies. Dr. McClellan provides care for both adults and children and works closely with patients, their families, and primary care providers to develop personalized treatment plans that best meet each patient’s needs.
Dr. McClellan moved to Traverse City in 1999 with his wife, Jennifer. They enjoy an active lifestyle with their dogs, traveling, and spending time with their two grown children. Both are committed to supporting their community and local organizations.
